Ini hanya satu cara untuk mengecek, bukan satu-satunya,\u201d kata Nina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ia melanjutkan kalau pengecekan BI checking tidak menjamin perilaku keuangan seseorang. Seseorang memiliki skor kredit buruk, belum tentu karena masalah finansial, bisa jadi lantaran psikologis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ada orang yang memiliki masalah skor kredit buruk lantaran memiliki gaya hidup melebihi pendapatan, tentu ini terkait psikologis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lain halnya, ketika ada orang punya skor kredit karena ada kredit macet karena harus menghidupi keluarga atau bahkan menjadi generasi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sandwich<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sejumlah perusahaan yang memang lebih mementingkan kompetensi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hard skills<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sementara <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soft skills<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> seperti <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">attitude<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> terlupakan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBanyak perusahaan yang luput, yang penting <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">smart<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u201d kata Nina. Ia menambahkan kalau proses rekrutmen karyawan memang kompleks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Proses Perekrutan Posisi Lebih Tinggi Memerlukan Tes yang Mendalam<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalam proses perekrutan, ada penggunaan alat yang lebih mendalam untuk mengungkap sisi psikologis seseorang.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Semakin tinggi dan sensitif posisi seseorang kandidat, memerlukan tes mendalam.
